1. What are cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are pieces of information that a website can store in your browser. There are also technologies other than cookies, such as caches, service workers and requests to external resources, which may be relevant to privacy even if they do not store a cookie.
2. Current website configuration
As of the date of the last update, the website uses technical features necessary for its operation and does not use its own advertising or profiling cookies. No advertising web analytics tools or behavioural tracking systems operated by the Parish are installed.

3. Technical cookies
The session cookie is classified as a technical cookie and is used for application and security functions. It may also be generated whilst browsing publicly when the browser accesses the PHP functions required for the website’s layout or dynamic services.
For strictly necessary technical cookies, prior consent is not required, subject to the obligation to provide clear information on their use.
4. Cache, PWAs and service workers
The website may be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA). The service worker may store technical copies of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images or other resources to improve performance and enable offline browsing. This data is not used by the Parish to profile the user.
5. Third-party technical resources
Google Fonts
The pages may retrieve typefaces from Google Fonts servers. The connection to these servers may transmit the IP address and technical details of the request to the provider.
CDNs and graphics libraries
Some pages may load graphic resources or libraries via an external content delivery network (CDN), such as jsDelivr. In this case too, the provider may receive the IP address and standard technical connection data.
Google Maps and external sites
Links to Google Maps on the website are standard external links: the service is accessed when the user clicks the link, not via a map embedded in the page.
6. Analytics, advertising and profiling
The website does not currently use first-party cookies for profiling, advertising or remarketing. Should any tools that are not strictly necessary and require consent be introduced in the future, they will be blocked until the user makes a choice, and this policy will be updated.
7. Online forms
The forms for catechism, Mass intentions, events and contact details do not use profiling cookies. The data entered is sent to the server to process the request. Anti-spam and security checks serve purely technical purposes.
8. When consent is required
Italian legislation distinguishes between technical tools, which are necessary for the requested service, and non-essential tracking tools. The website currently uses technical tools; should any non-essential cookies or tracking tools be introduced, prior, free, specific and revocable consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. Management via the browser
Your browser allows you to view or delete cookies and website data. Clearing your session may require you to log in to the Members’ Area again; clearing the PWA cache may temporarily prevent offline viewing until the resources have been downloaded again.
10. Updates
This Cookie Policy is reviewed whenever there are changes to the website’s technologies, external providers or tracking tools.
