1. Website operator

The website is managed by the Parish of Sant’Agabio in Novara, Corso Milano 27, 28100 Novara (NO), Italy.

2. Purpose of the portal

The portal provides information on community life and offers pastoral, informational and administrative services. The content is for information purposes only, unless a specific function expressly states otherwise.

3. Forms, registrations and requests

Submitting a form registers a request in the parish’s system. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this does not automatically constitute definitive acceptance, a booking, the allocation of a place or the conclusion of an agreement.

Registrations for events and catechism classes may be opened or closed via the Members’ Area. When a function is closed, the relevant button may not appear on the public page.

The automatic confirmation sent by email confirms the technical receipt of the request and does not alter the nature of the service requested.

4. Proper use of the website

Users must use the website in a lawful and respectful manner. It is prohibited to attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, send malicious code, tamper with forms, circumvent security measures or use the portal for fraudulent, harassing or unlawful purposes.

5. Prohibited content

Requests containing swear words, vulgar language, insults or other offensive content will not be tolerated and may not be considered.

In the event of threats, harassment or content that may constitute unlawful behaviour, the Parish reserves the right to retain only what is strictly necessary to protect its rights and safety, and to report the matter to the relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Accuracy of content and updates

The Parish takes reasonable care to keep information up to date, but timetables, programmes, events and activities are subject to change. For information requiring operational certainty, please check the most recent page or contact the parish office.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logos, photographs, documents and other materials are protected by applicable legislation or used with authorisation. Normal personal consultation is permitted. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires the authorisation of the rights holder, except where permitted by law.

8. Photographs, videos and community materials

The images and materials published document pastoral and community life. They must not be reused in a manner that is offensive, misleading, detrimental to people’s dignity or outside the scope of any authorisations granted. Requests regarding the removal of images are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Restricted Area

Login details are personal. Authorised users must safeguard them, use only those functions compatible with their role, and report any suspicious access attempts. Activities may be recorded for security and traceability purposes. Access may be suspended or revoked in the event of termination of appointment or misuse.

10. External Links and Services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. The Parish does not control the availability, content, privacy policies or terms and conditions of external services. Users are advised to consult the relevant provider’s terms and conditions.

11. Availability, maintenance and security

The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, network issues or causes beyond the Parish’s control. To the extent permitted by law, the uninterrupted availability of the portal is not guaranteed. This is without prejudice to any liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and technical tools is described in the Cookie Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of any disputes, the rules on jurisdiction set out in current legislation shall apply, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the user may be entitled to.

14. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be updated in line with changes to the website or the law. The version published and in force at the time the service is used shall apply.
