The Parish Economic Affairs Council oversees the financial and administrative management of the parish with care, responsibility and transparency.

Like all parishes, the Parish of Sant'Agabio has a financial budget, administrative and legal deadlines to meet, and expenditure to plan for.
This is intended to be “a glass house”, so that anyone may verify how the community’s regular and special donations are being used.
The C.A.E.P. is responsible for managing the parish’s financial affairs. Its role is to prepare and publish the financial statements and to identify the most appropriate ways of meeting the parish’s ordinary and extraordinary expenses.

The C.A.E.P. consists of a number of individuals appointed by the parish priest on the basis of their expertise in financial and administrative matters, and is subject to the approval of the Curia.
